Ingredients
Copra : 2
Dried red chilli : 50 gm
Garlic : 1
Coriander seeds : 1 tsp
Salt : 2 pinches
Method
Grate copra.
Peel garlic.
Heat a frying pan and fry copra without adding oil.
Fry dried red chilli, coriander seeds.
Powder these fried items coarsely.
Add garlic, salt and grind.
This can be eaten with rice or used as a side dish for idli.
