Soya Chilli Chicken

Ingredients

Soya balls    :    500 gm
Corn flour         :    2 tsp
Rice flour         :    1 tsp
Ginger        :    100 gm
Garlic         :    150 gm
Chilli Sauce    :    3 tsp
Vinegar        :    3 tsp
Egg        :    3
Oil        :    150 gm
Chicken        :    250 gm

 

Method

Cook Soya balls in boiling water for 10 minutes.
When cool, squeeze excess water and set aside.
Boil chicken and set aside.
Grind ginger and garlic into a paste.
Add corn flour, rice flour, chilli sauce, vinegar, egg to the paste and mix.   
Mix cooked chicken, soya balls     and masala.
Set this aside for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan.     
Add the contents and fry till golden.
